Hello Fans & Clients.. I've rolled out an * Introductory Pricing list here to encourage you to print your photos through me. (This pricing will eventually go up : it's not generating any income for me) I just want to give people the opportunity to see how great the images can be and I'd rather not make any money to achieve this.
Why should you do this?
Well.. First and foremost - I'm frustrated at the level of printing quality that most stores are producing. While I'm thrilled to be receiving my images on Holiday cards : Which are a amazing and fun! I'm discouraged at the amount of card companies that have sabotaged the integrity of the photos. The color is all wrong, some are distorted and blurry and it makes me sad. And it's happening on regular printed images too.
Your images SHOULD NOT LOOK LIKE THAT.
I promise.
It's the risk I take with giving the disk as part of my services. This is under careful research and I'm considering other options. What would you think of having a set session fee and then the option to own 5-25 of your images on a disk for an additional cost. Or own nothing, and print through me at reasonable rates? I'd love your opinion here, because I'm currently at a stand still with this part of my business.
On one hand, I want people to have the freedom to print their images at their discretion.
On the other hand, I can barely stomach when the images tied to my business are printed off so horribly by non-professional printers.
Tell me what you think. Get some images printed through me. Then tell me what you think again.
Sound good?
I love being able to print off what we want from our DVD. We found professional quality printing through Ritz online and at Kodak online. That is part of what I loved about our session...that and being able to spend the morning with my cousin! I prefer having the freedom the DVD and release provides. Just my 2 cents!
